SHIPPING
Print orders are shipped from Canada, and sent out within the week of receipt of payment. The length of time until your items arrive can vary, especially if you live abroad.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
If you have selected standard shipping, once the item transit there is no way to speed up the process or know where the item is. If you would like to be able to track your item, please upgrade to registered mail and you will receive a tracking number.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If your print has been damaged in the mail, please get in touch within 3 days of receipt. If you have any concerns once you have received your order, please contact Chelsea here.
A parcel won't be considered lost until 6 weeks have passed from the date the piece was shipped. After this time, you may request another print if it hasn't arrived, or request a refund for your purchase. Please note that lost items will only be replaced once therefore it is suggested to upgrade to registered mail so that you can track the replaced item.
